Dr. Ratio and Topaz are INSANELY STRONG in Honkai Star Rail!

Today, I discuss Honkai: Star Rail's v1.6 Character Dr. Ratio and showcase him with Topaz & Numby, Ruan Mei, and Luocha in Memory of Chaos Floor 12. He's the latest character released in v1.6 of the game and focuses on single-target powerful follow-up attacks as Star Rail's first FREE limited 5-star Imaginary Hunt character. Dr. Ratio and Topaz are an incredibly strong duo because of how many follow-up attacks they can inflict on enemies! Some other strong synergies with Dr. Ratio include Silver Wolf, Ruan Mei, and so on. He has a banner alongside Kafka, who is currently having her rerun, in the second phase of 1.6.

Topaz has been my main since release just bc I absolutely loved her character + being able to have Numby follow you around. Her getting better almost every patch has been so good.

I think his folow ups with seeles ultimate have built-in passives if ur crit chance is not 100 % then it's 50/50 . Like my Ratio has 85 crit chance and he misses 4/5 crit hits wtf!?

Moon you should totally try Dr ratio and Kafka not only do they trigger each other follow ups, but they also do well with debuffs. (Def use Ruan Mei)

I really wanted to try Tobaz and Ratio but I don’t have Tobaz, then I remembered my little brother has Tobaz and Ratio’s LC on his account. So I think I know what I must do.

Also I think it’s pretty cool that Ratio CAN hit two targets cause ult one then skill the other target so that’s honestly really strong.

Loved the show case. Current favorite meme team being mono imaginary with Dr. Ratio, yukong, welt and lunocha. But with what I could invest (7 in his talents due to now being broke of getting him there) he's already doing respectable damage with his skill+ follow up. Still love the amount of disrespect his ult gives. Oh right, yeah he's worth every credit of investment.

i have a weird important question related to TOPAZ LC ...what if i have two copies of it one for topaz and one for DR ratio ! will the CD buff from hitting an enemy that stacks 2 times count seperately ? as in 2 stacks from her which means extra 24% cd taken and another 24% cd taken from dr ratio applying the same effect from the same LC or is it gonna count as one only 24% CD taken which making pulling for two copies a stupid move on her rerun !

The crit rate thing is REAL!!!, this man will do a 45k follow up but its mostly 16k because he just can't crit even with 70% base crit rate😭😭😭😭

I use the same team! Mine has very similar stats but doesnt hit as hard, probably because i dont have his lightcone and not the most ideal gear sets

Hell yeah! I said this before, but Topaz, Dr. Ratio, Ruan Mei and HuoHuo is a team im excited for. I would consider Luocha, but I don't have him also he would prob be with Daniel

You should really tell people up front that you have E1S1 Topaz so no one gets the wrong idea. If it was a f2p Topaz you'd have to run a dedicated debuffer.
