Everyone saying "me in quarantine" but honestly this sounds like it's talking about to me.

When i have my dpdr episodes i forget how to behave normally, as i just move on my own, which also makes me feel like >everyone's watching me<, since i feel weird and think that i am probably also behaving weirdly.

I also loose all touch to reality, i feel like everything is irrelevant and as if my actions don't have consequences, just like you feel when having a dream ."Feels like a dream of me all of the time" fits incredibly well for this.

And feeling like your body isn't your own, like it's being controlled by someone else, feeling like the people and the world around you aren't real, and like you woke up in a simulation etc obviously makes you >feel like you're loosing your mind<, so this fits as well.
