I don’t think that’s Ethan... why, you may be asking, Well, for starters, there is no clear shot on his hands, so we can’t see if his left hand has a bite in it, and before you throw out the “he’s a mold, he can re attach it”, remember it was bitten/eaten. He can only REATTACH like his arm was cut off. Also, throughout the whole game if you went into free camera/free view, Ethan doesn’t have a head. If they wanted to actually show Ethan at the end, wouldn’t he have a head the entire time?
