Isn't it called a Krabby patty because it's made of crab, and that's why Mr. Krabs is the only crab in Bikini Bottom.

The secret sauce in that burger is what's called "fry sauce" in the mountain west states. I think heinz also has it in stores called "Mayochup" and you were exactly right about it being ketchup and mayo with salt and pepper. Sometimes it's made with pickle juice.
