I remember when I was in high school in the 80's, and kids were allowed to smoke ON school grounds! There was even a dedicated 'smoking area' right outside of the cafeteria, where the kids AND teachers would often gather for their smokes. We had teachers smoking in the bathrooms in the school. NOT teacher's restrooms, but those for us kids! Back then, you could still smoke in some restaurants too. But it was slowly being frowned upon. Then, NO SMOKING! everywhere! And now the return of smoke's revenge, via vaping! LOL! Yay! We still out here killing ourselves with smoking! But eh, f nicotine, now I only smoke the legal deltas.

Seems useless besides being a deterrent. Vapes are not like cigarettes where smoke is rolling off of the tip of it constantly. It's extremely easy to vape without releasing any vapor into the air that could be detected.
