Double Screw Conveyor Distribution Package

Twin 9" x 34" screw feeders, stainless steel: motor specifications; 15 hp, 1700 rpm, 230/460 volt, 4.7/2.4 amps, 60 hz, 1.00 s.F. Continuous duty. Speed reduction unit input speed 1700 rpm, output speed 45 RPM at 1.5 HP maximum. Overall dimensions of screw section are 72" L x 50" W x 20" high without inlet transition. Twin 9" x 34" screws runing in opposite direction. 3/8" x 2 3/4" distribution fingers on end of each screw shaft at outlets. Stainless steel shaft diameter is 2". Material construction of unit is stainless steel. Shafts are running in external pillow block bearings with grease fittings. Stainless steel inlet transition is 57.5" overall height with six 1" level probe fittings on angular side, one 1.5" inlet or level probe ports in three sides and between large inlets on top. Inlet transition has a 20" x 20" inspection door on one side and a 22" x 7" c channel mounting frame for vibration units. Top dimensions are 32" x 36". Unit has two 8" i.D. Inlet ports and one 3 3/4" inlet/inspection/level probe port on top. There are four 3" x 4" mounting lugs with 3/4" center hole. Outlet is completely open modified z configuration and bolts to the top of the screw conveyor system.
