I love mines, I have my Milwaukee mid torq for most applications but this ultra torq for backup.

This tool has major problems: it will not accept the existing Her. Batteries (5AH, etc.). It will not allow you to use existing 1/2 inch impact sockets. I had multiple sets of sockets from HF and others. None would easily fit this POS tool. I had to jam some on, and use a wrench to get them off. Looks like HF made an expensive POS and paid people to make favorable reviews, like this one. Note: this fellow never showed him trying to make a Her standard Lithium battery go on the tool. Nor, did he show putting on any sockets at all. This tool could have been great, but when you can't use your existing batteries, or even likely the new ones HF sells either. Or, any of your existing impact sockets. Do what I'm going to do: take it back for a full refund and buy something else that actually works. THIS TOOL SUCKS!
