Thank you so much to explaining in detail about month-to-month rental agreements. I like to stay informed from time to time in order to know if anything over the years has changed. I have owned a fourplex and have always used this kind of agreements since we bought the property many decades ago. Since I leave next to the property, this is easy for us to manage. In my area, I have never had any drawbacks to tenants leaving sooner than a year on their own. We have, however, asked some tenants to leave within a few months due to constant late payments and other nuisance issues.
