Hey Poppy, what a fun trip that was. If I was there I would have stayed on the boat. Getting to old to be climbing around a bunch of rocks. Lol

You and your friend did a great job of navigating the rocks and finding that swimming hole. What a beautiful country it is. Been down under 2 times now. Once to Perth and a second trip to the east coast on a dive boat. It was one of my favorite trips. I would like to go on one more scuba dive of the Great Barrier Reef before I hang up my gear for good. There comes a time that your age and physical conditions tell you to stop taking risk like that.

I wanted to do a hike in the rainforest there. big mistake! At 100% humidity it was grueling! Beautiful forest none the less.
