Your videos are wonderful and make me feel more comfortable with the idea of having an implant. It is like you are there and providing me with the support I don't have as my family are a 9 hour drive (each way) from me. This was very helpful to see how different counties and services do the cochlear implant appointments. I have got an upgrade appointment soon to the N8 so if people are interested, I can tell you how the N8 is different to the N6.
