Thank you Dr Rajani. you do mention a lot about it's not the device but the person doing it. I would like to think a big majority of the people using these devices are using them correctly but I'm afraid that is not so. So many people jump on the bandwagon wanting to use these devices but they are not trained properly.

I have still to watch the video but if they heat fillers up to 160 degrees during sterilization, I have a hunch that rf could liquefy them and make them migrate but not remove them.

what about I get cheek fillers but internally. My doctor injects fillers into my cheek going inside from the mouth and not externally from the skin. In my case, it gives a more natural look this way and doesn't bruise. In this case, is RF micronedling, being performed externally on the skin, less likely to melt the fillers, or would it be the same effect.

Interesting so it does not melt it but can it displace a hyalronic filler? Sometimes fillers can migrate does rf microneedling add a risk of filler migration? I had a bit of migration and one doc said it coukd be the rf microneedling and the other doc said can’t…what’s your experience?
