From all the guests in the annual rating of historical costuming in film and tv, to Danny's editing commentary and now Heathcliff's own project, Bernadette has created this corner of the internet that keeps finding new ways of being informative, entertaining and absolutely wholesome!

I love how intricate and detailed a men's shirt was. Men might not have worn clothes that were as "flashy" as the women of the time but that doesn't mean that their clothing was any less difficult to make or any less beautiful.

my grandfather wrote a whole book about historical men's fashion, and i know without a doubt that if he were here, he'd be absolutely delighted to see Heathcliff working on this shirt with such dedication to historical accuracy.

It's so hard to find clothing that fits or that has the right cut or the right vibe.
Making it yourself or even altering things that are close to what you want is so freeing! 💜
