How to apply Tinsley FX Temporary Tattoos for Halloween
Ensure skin is clean and free of makeup
Cut out the tattoo transfer
Peel off plastic backing
Place tattoo transfer on skin
Use a cloth to dampen the entire paper (about 30 sec.)
Slowly peel the paper away
Use the damp cloth to pat down any areas where the transfer is lifted
