How to Create Fillable PDF Worksheets for Online Courses (and More)
Показать описание
Not everyone wants to print off a worksheet, planner, or other course resource and have to write in their notes by hand. So how about giving them an option to do the work directly on their computer?
That's where fillable pdf worksheets can be a great course asset. And in this video I show you exactly how you can use an existing document and make it into a fillable pdf.
In the demo, I took the 'Story Selling Plan Template' from our brandable course on The Art of Story Selling. This is a full course that comes with private label rights, so you can edit it any way you want, package it up as a course in any format, and sell it under your own name. You'll find it in our white label course library here:
In the video, I didn't do a lot of rebranding or editing of the template, but you can always do more if you have a license.
You'll see I used a combination of the following:
- Word (That's the starting point since the document is in that format. You can edit the doc and then convert it to a pdf)
- Canva (You can upload any pdf to Canva and make more design tweaks, if you want. But it's not essential)
Once you're done creating all your fillable fields, you can save and download the fillable pdf to your computer and send it to students in your course or add it as a download on your course platform. You can even use it as a 1:1 client tool or a lead magnet to build your list.
There are other pdf tools that will do the same thing. So if you already pay for one, check its features first. However, I found pdffiller to be very simple to use, quite accurate, and affordable.
Let me know if you have any questions!
