A knife worth looking into is the Honey Badger. Its made in South Africa, super light weight with awesome smooth opening and closing thanks to it's bearings. It also has a 10 year manufacturing warranty.

What warranty comes with the Skif?

I might buy one to see how it compares to my Honey Badger.

Both knives are made from 8cr13mov steel and the Honey Badger comes in at around $30-35 and offer 3 different sizes.

Not just your knife my demo ranch was hella tight had to force it open one-handed tore up my thumb. sent it back just got the new one exact same thing I wish I could support them more great guys Matt and Lunkers but the quality just isn't there was really expecting more from them plenty of other good knives out there though. hope they get the issues figured out soon.

I got a defender, and the ball bearing lock was super stiff and took alot of effort to open. It has since then, loosened up and is nice and smooth now. I also just got the demo ranch knife today and it was not stiff. Might just be yours?

Feel the same way I got the shark and the action is horrible I actually wish it was assisted
