We're getting into coaching around trauma/cptsd/ DID
As information on trauma is more available, more and more people are starting to recognise that most therapists don't know how to understand and work with trauma.
It took us 12 years in therapy to get the DID diagnosis, and that's very common. Even after getting the correct diagnosis, we've gotten pretty much 0 help from therapists, but a lot of help from life coaches or peer to peer coaches who have DID themselves
