Hi, I have 3 questions
1 : Mr. A had a FIR registered against him (Lockdown violation u/s 188 IPC) and the case was resolved in court after paying a fine. will the answer to question that whether Mr. A have been ever convicted or committed a crime in country be yes ?
2. The PCC states that Mr. A has no adverse crime against him and is free to move to Canada. what will be the answer to the above question in this case ?
3. Can you show/tell the options that are asked after marking the answer as yes for criminal offence questions ?

Your videos are very helpful. I have a query - After ITA, did you use the same proof of funds letter and reference letter of your organization which you used for OINP? Or did you get those created again to reflect a more recent date?

Hello! It was a very informative video! I have recently received an ITA and I have three doubts.
1. I arrived in Canada in 2021 as a student and I had done my medicals for my study visa in 2021. Do I need to do my medicals again for the PR application? Can I submit my old medical report with an IME number in my PR application?
2. To show enough proof of funds, can my husband transfer funds in my Canadian bank account as a gift deed?
3. I do not have IELTS TRF document. Is it mandatory to upload TRF? Or does IRCC get all the IELTS result from the IELTS reference number?

Any suggestion or thought is appreciated! Thank you in advance!

In travel history they are asking if applicants family member taken any trips outside their country of origin. If I select my siblings as they travel to other country for study. Should I fill their travel history too? But if I do fill this thn then generate PCC for that country too. That makes no sense to me. Should I just avoid putting their travel ?

1- Do we need to fill holiday details (I was employed though whole time and was on holiday leaves ) done outside country of residence or country of origin in personal history & address section for last 10 years?

2- also how to fill details (specially country status) on below case where - my project was over unfortunately but still I stayed in canada for 27 days(as ICT work visa was valid till next 6 months after that) and were waiting of another project as per mutual agreement with my company because new project was expected to come but that didn't happen later so went back to origin country & joined my same company in india location. but for those 27 days, my company has marked my working location India (not Canada) only and paid indian salary for those 27 days. So, on experience letter provided by my company, I was employed for canada till 01-Oct-17 and were employed in India from 02-Oct-2017 (including those 27 days). Please help. Would be grateful!

Hey, nice video. I have few questions If you would help me to answer these :

a) when I was travelling to Canada, my second flight got delayed and we stayed in England for 1 day. They provided one day visa to all the passengers and let them go anywhere and come back at the time of flight the very next day. So when I am adding this in my travel history. What should I mention in purpose of travel?

b) I applied for Canadian tourist visa in last ten years and it was refused. I don’t have any application number or refusal letter with me now. What should I mention in explanation?

c) I am selected under CEC class, so I don’t need to upload my Proof of funds. Then, what should I mention in the column where it asks for the amount we have ?

d) Lastly, I have added all the activities of last 10 years and added all the addresses of related organizations. Do I have to mention the same information in address field as well?
Or I just need to write my current and previous home address with no activities details and other addresses?

e) I worked part time for more than 1 and half year while doing my Masters in Canada. So, do I have to add that in activity as well. Because I am adding my education in the same time period.

Hi ! You mentioned that you had majority of the documents ready(from OINP) and submitted the application within 2-3 days of getting ITA. My question is, did you get your medical/PCC done within these 2-3 days or before that?

Hello everyone, I would like to know how to complete the personal history form for the past 10 years, knowing that I have been working continuously and without interruption since 2006 until now, and in 2010 I did a university degree ( university degree, with which I had the points in relation to studies) at the same time without stopping work. then my question is the following: how to declare the history to justify work and studies in the period from 2010 to 2014? (Would I have the right to select this period once for studies and a second time for work?) So I would be very grateful to you for helping me.

Can I use my old medical examination test which i had taken for my old application (however that application I didn't submit but I took my medical exam as per that old ITA).
But due to some reasons now i have created another account for my new application, in which i have received ITA. And old medical test is still valid for another 6months. Should I use that old medical test in this new portal?

Hi,
I have a question regarding travel history.
I have 2 passports. I have some travel stamp in my old passport only. Currently, there is no travel stamp in my new passport. Should I mention any travel history or not?
Additionally, when I put travel history, which date should I mention for start date and end date? For example, I took a flight on 1st January from my home country and reached the destination on 2nd January, what should be my start date? 1st or 2nd ?
