God bless you my friend, I have MS and I can't walk as well as you. I'm on a walker but I'm still walking.

What a great slogan t-shirt; I love his philosophy of engaging with the public.

It’s great to hear advice from someone who has the disease. I mean, it’s good to hear from doctors but I like hearing it from someone who is experiencing it.

The walking tips are so helpful. I too, have problems on blank surfaces without a visual cue and I often slow or freeze. It does get worse when I think people are staring and I get anxiety from that.

I'm not drunk and i'm not dancing. I have Parkinson's. It can really hurt sometimes and I rest until it feels better.

I haven't been mistaken for a drunk but I did fall down once at the edge of a boardwalk and I hurt myself so I sat there for a while to get my bearings and to determine if I had broken anything. Then I looked up and I realized that I had fallen outside of a pub. Bad optics! I have progressive MS and your tips for walking are good. Don't rush across intersections. I did that once in San Francisco and I had a bad fall in the middle of the intersection. I do what Matt does. I wave at the drivers who stop at crosswalks for me to thank them. I find that sometimes the trades vans stop quite far back to make it clear to me that it's safe to cross. They are courteous here in Victoria, BC.

Because of the dyskinsia, sometimes people think I have been taking psychedelic drugs.

That cane could be too short for outside walking. 1:33. See how his right shoulder is dipping? I use a cane that height for standing around the house -- a taller one for walking outside. Therapists are obsessed with "too tall" canes. They don't walk with one. What do they know?
