I am thinking of buying this robot, but I am hesitating. I have read reviews about the Viaomi S9 and there are many complaints about the battery, that it stop functioning after a year or so. And I have read that viaomi costumers service is very very bad, no one answers. So I hesitate to by this because of that. Otherwise it’s seems to have good functions for the price. But I want it to last more than a year for that price. There are not a lot of rewiews for this model, maybe it’s very new model.
