A very flavorful mini Bundt cakes recipe ..!

Ingredients-
All purpose flour - 3/4 cup ( 90g)
Sugar - 3/4 cup (175g) powdered after measuring
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Eggs - 3
Unsalted butter - 120 g
Lemon zest - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Thanks for the mini Bundt cake recipe. Could you please verify the correct amount of vanilla and the lemon zest used in the recipe. Your video shows 1 teaspoon vanilla but your recipe description shows 1 tablespoon vanilla.

Please, I have 2 questions: 1 - How many cakes does this batch make? 2 - If your cake mould is made of silicone; then why would you need to to butter it, and then sprinkle with flour ? Thanks.

If doubled the recipe (might as well make it worth my time) I'd have 6 EGGS IN THERE? That's aLOT of eggs!!

I tried the recipe and it was not good. I had to add flour as 90grams was not enough for this quantity of eggs and butter. Would not recommend
