Thought I'd take you along on my vintage shopping
trip. Just a quick stroll through a few of my favorite
thrift shops in search of treasures from the 1920's
to the 60's. If you like the stuff I find, feel free to
check out of Ebay store. Thanks a bunch!

Yay Scott! Thank you so much for refinding those bowls. Yes I am definitely still interested. Let me know what I owe you, and yes I expect you to make a decent profit. I am away until Sunday late afternoon. The dishes were my grandparents dishes (not great grandparents) Yes, I'm old --- lol -and they were married on May 29, 1928. That would make sense as I think the pattern was popular in the 1930's. Let me know what contact info you need and how to do that without putting out here for everyone to read? Did I tell you I just love you for doing this, people don't do enough nice things for each other anymore.

"You, sir, are a gentleman and a scholar" to allow Tricia the blessing of owning her family's cherished china. I appreciate a good heart!! I think whenever you go back to that thrift shop you should always rub the blue angel's wing for luck! Loved Salem's headlights glowing in the dark~ Smiling and waving from Michigan

I would have bought the inflatable sweater hanger for sure. I can’t pass up that kind of retro strangeness. Love that you bought the bowls for your subscriber! So sweet! I think the lamps are terrific, btw. Hope you got lots for them.

My Mother had the same dishes as Tricia’s family had. I never knew the pattern name until I watched this video. I’m happy Tricia will acquire it. I have a few pieces of it. It turns up in the wild on occasion.

Making my famous homemade potato salad while I watch this. It turned out delicious, but will be even better tomorrow! Serving it with grilled chicken and fresh asparagus from our garden. . .I’d feed you if you were here.

I love that Tricia will soon be reunited with her grandparents' china! I picked up a "hand painted Nippon" piece last month, but when I researched it I found out it was a reproduction from the 80's based on the stamp and the style. I ended up returning it, but it was a good opportunity to learn more about Nippon marks!
