Truly one of the most memorable speeches in recent history. Definitely the most powerful of the Republican Convention.
“Vote with your conscience”. Thank you Ted for having the guts to stand up to the bullies. Thank you Ted for making this Circus, I mean Convention (excuse me) human again.
*I’ve always lived under the impression that drumpf and his followers are the pinnacle of human intelligence and decency.*
But after seeing how Heidi Cruz was treated by a frenzy crowd of drumpf supporters after her husband’s speech…I was shocked and disgusted.
What has this woman done to you you??? Working for Goldman Sachs is not a crime. Being married to Ted Cruz is not illegal. Go pick on someone your own size.

Thank you Ted. I was a Republican ever since I was old enough to vote, I voted for Marco in the primary. But I went over to the Democrats when donald Duck came in. I don’t believe Hillary is perfect but I’d rather a “lying” woman be in charge than a complete *moron* whose moral compass is so f***ed up he doesn’t even know which way is North.

This is the opposite of "political suicide, " in fact, this was genius and a testament to how bright cruz is. He stomped on Hilary and president Obama. Trump people are only mad he didn't endorse trump because he showed how much smarter of a person and conservative he is the trump and his supporters. Trump people are saying "we won't forget, " yeah, you probably won't forget when Cruz becomes president and gives your sons, brothers, sisters and mothers a better America. As a progressive leaning independent, mad respect for Ted Cruz for this speech. I have almost never agreed with his policies and the silly bullshit he pulls at senate and departmental meetings, but I can respect him for telling the Republican party to split their vote for trump with a cleverly written anti-trump speech.
