Did you know that we spend a lot of time from our lives staying almost still? 👩‍💻

Being focused on fulfilling our tasks, we often omit to pay attention to the posture.

We organized #TheErgonomicsWeek for our colleagues from Blaj.

💡 Together they will discover what #Ergonomics means, what is the correct position of the body, both in the office and in production area, how to correctly handle weights, as well as recommendations on working from home.

Attention to such details really makes a difference when it comes to our health.
