Stockholm is the capital of Sweden. It has the most populous urban area in Sweden as well as in Scandinavia. 1 million people live in the municipality, approximately 1.6 million in the urban area, and 2.4 million in the metropolitan area. The city stretches across fourteen islands where Lake Mälaren flows into the Baltic Sea. Outside the city to the east, and along the coast, is the island chain of the Stockholm archipelago. The area has been settled since the Stone Age, in the 6th millennium BC, and was founded as a city in 1252 by Swedish statesman Birger Jarl. It is also the county seat of Stockholm County.

Glad Påsk. I biked over to Fridhemsplan and took a photo of that fun balcony that is always decorated according to the different seasons. It was packed with Easter Bunnies.

I absolutely agree the best day of the year is when I don’t have to wear any kind of jacket or sweater or sweatshirt!
I like seeing every part of Stockholm, side streets, alleys and main streets!

Thank you for the video. Glad påsk to all. I remember I came to meet someone in kungshallen restaurant here. Fruits in the torg is quiete expensive I noticed. Friuts in the willys store are almost of half price as compare to this torg at hotorget. Had experience of going inside filmstaden sergel but movie was quite boring. Sharing all my experiences 😊

I really enjoy your walks, it's like I'm there come rain or shine, although I've never been to Sweden. I have so many questions, like.... #1. does 'Bastard burgers' translate the same into English ? #2. what does the UTfart sign I keep seeing everywhere mean 😂 ? #3. what are all the concrete lions for ?
