DeWalt FlexVolt 20” Chain Saw

I've had my 60V DeWalt chainsaw a solid year n half. I have the 16" bar. It's a beast for battery chainsaw! I cut 12" diameter trees no problem. Have 2 batteries to rotate. Considering I have a 40hp tractor I don't need cut trees into small pieces so I don't burn through both batteries very rarely. If I cutting into that big of trees I pull out the gas 20" Stihl. The battery saw is convenient just hit trigger & it runs. I reach for it before the Stihl most of the time

Even though we’re DeWalt fans we don’t mind calling out tools.
The 20” Chain saw is OK. Many things could be changed. Should we do some in-depth reviews? We will stick with gas for now!

I had the previos model the oil pump is kind of a weak point i had to fix it twice was that issue fixed on the new one ?

I bought one not for this big shit... but for up to 6 inch or so works great .. mine is the 12 inch bar ....battery life is also good

Missed the chance to get one of these for £30 in the sale, was totally gutted. Im not even a DeWalt guy im a Makita/Bosch man but id have got a battery and charger if i got the saw for £30 😂

I have an 18-inch 60v dewalt saw, it goes through an entire 6ah flexvolt battery every 1-2 cuts of an 18inch diameter white oak. freshly sharpened chain too

Cordless chainsaw is for non-professionals. Plan to change batteries after every other cut

Tune up that chain a little and you'll halve your cut time.

Nice saw but we all know the Milwaukee cuts 3 times faster and is the best on the market
