First Coronavirus death in Europe

The pensioner from Hubei province was taken ill three weeks ago while on holiday in France, and died yesterday.

Here, all but one of the nine patients in the UK to have tested positive for the virus have been released from hospital.

The Health Secretary said it was evidence that the NHS is "well-prepared" to deal with the virus.

But a survey of NHS staff by this programme shows that many are concerned about the lack of capacity.

80 year old chinese tourist and still traveling 10 over hours of flights? I'm just guessing that he/she knew he/she was affected and wanted to escape before the lockdown. I understand the mentality and social behavior of these chinese nationals too well. They will find ways to escape no matter what.

My college has placed disinfection stations all over the campus and replaced all the water fountains with hands free bottle filling machines. We don't even have any Corona virus infections here yet. Scary
