Easy Mochi Donuts Recipe with/without Tofu

In our mochi donut tutorial, we'll show you how to make pon de rings with different glazes: Strawberry, chocolate, matcha, ube and cinnamon sugar.

🍴 Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- 130g Glutinous rice flour
- 160g Silken tofu
- 65g Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 110g Yogurt
- 120g Cake flour or all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil for frying

🍴 If you want to make mochi donut without tofu or yogurt, you can replace it with egg and milk. Here's the full ingredient alternatives to use:

- 130 g Glutinous rice flour
- 1 large Egg
- 100 ml Milk
- 65 g Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 120 g Cake flour or all-purpose flour
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for deep frying

📝 Do note that you might need to add more or less milk depending on how dry the dough is.

The funny thing is it said no tofu but it added tofu
