Ditto on the comment below. I lost my wife and three daughters seven years ago on thanksgiving night. I contemplate suicide on December of that year (2015). Luckily that attempt failed due “circumstances out of my control” however the pain was so humongous that I was still on that path…until again for circumstances of life I ended up watching a very old Michaels video on Marcus Aurelius. That lecture changed my life for ever!.
