Worked for me. Make sure you're connected to your wifi when using the app - it didn't work when I was on cellular.

I agree!! their customer service sucks!! Waited on the phone for more than one hour, and they told me they will be sending a technician. It has been almost a month, and still nobody calls.

This app is very flaky, it fails to connect to the PVS through bluetooth. I'm not sure if the issue is with the PVS or the application.

Cost Savings Mode doesn't run during the weekend, rendering the battery useless. I have to default it to Self Supply or else the battery goes unused on the weekends. I called customer service and they said they're working on it, but they've been working on this for years now... This is just bad customer service after they've already locked people in. Ridiculous

The fact that SunPower is taking an entire month to perform "an update" to their system tells you all you need to know. A competent firm could install an entire data center in that much time. Abusrd.

I have pvs5. There is no Wi-Fi application in the app I downloaded. I have current app installed.

SunPower is the worst solar company in America. They provide extremely poor support and clearly don’t respect their customers. If you find yourself here you’ve probably already made the mistake of using them. Caveat Emptor to anyone lucky enough to not own their equipment yet.

I been trying to connect mine to our WiFi and no luck, called customer support and told they would have someone call back. Still waiting for that call back and it’s been months

I go on to the my SunPower app, sign in, enter address then last 4 digits of PVS Serial number then keeps showing “couldn’t find system”. Any help would be appreciated.

Once again the WiFi connectivity has crapped out and I just get a "could not scan networks" error when I go through the provided troubleshooting steps. Also where do I find he app with the panel level information for my system???

My unit is connected to wifi but my question is why Cant we connect it using the Ethernet port ? I have mine connected seems like It still wants wifi only .
