3 New Orchids in a Tiny Little Box

Another unboxing ceremony.
A new vendor for me - let's see how good their orchids are.

Nice haul Roger...all good choices...I LOVE alexandrae...have several and it may very well be my favorite of all orchids..long lasting uniquely weird and fragrant..I'm with Plant Maven..i want all the Latourias...thanks for sharing!

That was rather fast for shipping to the UK. The anosmum was on the Phillipines list, so it IS a fresh import. Glad you liked their plants. The Shipping is expensive, but you have the DHL to thank for that. If you want to order from them again, i recommend either getting alot of plants or doing or a joint order with other people.

All look healthy and very pretty. Only one small note, Roger. Last year I bought an anosmum from them, exactly the same size, same purpulish canes, same no sign of buds. It had fusarium and died after a few months. So, please, for my own peace, do test that one out. Thank you!

I knew the super sticky sticky tape seemed familiar. I have a few latourias von O&M myself and - as do Plant Maven and TD Moore - I want them all!

I bought plants from there last year and they were in a dreadful state, you have come off lucky! Two I chucked out as they had no roots and were sitting in pots of algae and they were not very nice when I complained. They're struck off my list of sellers 👍🏻

The anosmum seems like it was just imported recently - but that's what they do, and I know the guys, they wouldn't send you a dead plant. And with a bit TLC this big baby will pick up again soon.

My word Roger the anosmum is huge, I do hope it hasn't got the dreaded F! Very worrying.
