Django wears the same outfit that Calvin Candie wore when they first met! We know that Calvin Candie meets his demise in the movie by the hands of Dr King Schultz, leading to an epic shootout and the recapturing of Broomhilde. Django eventually makes his way back to Candyland to save Broomhilde, killing all of the white people and destroying the mansion, but he does it in the exact clothing that Calvin was wearing when the two first met, even down to the extended cigarette. Talk about a total boss move.

Did you know that the slave owner he talks to in that first scene with Calvin Candy is the actor who starred in the original Django movie from 1966? A great easter egg.

I watched this movie in class and when i saw he was wearing Candies cloth i said.
"Oh he is wearing his clothes!"
I think my classmates got confused i thought i meant Dr Schultz clothes since he had just been in the previous scene

So when they arrive at Candy’s plantation he makes it clear Brumhildas pissed him off. Schultz could’ve made an offer to purchase her. Movie over.
