What can we learn from the Miles Guo case?

Who is Miles Guo? A CCP spy, an anti-CCP movement leader, or a fraudster? Beijing has tried to infiltrate the pro-democracy Chinese community. Of all the methods of infiltration the CCP has attempted in the West, the one that's least noticeable is its influence in the overseas Chinese community, particularly among the anti-CCP enthusiasts or activists. It's also the most difficult for the U.S. to tackle. The U.S. justice department's recent arrest of Miles Guo provides an excellent background to illustrate CCP's tactics.

My impression of Miles Guo is that he is trying to expose corruption. He's not into taking sides or exclusive loyalty so he doesn't appeal to/try to upset any of them. He was trying to play it safe while exposing CCP corruption. He is diplomat. Miles Guo seems like a good person. As a former employee of Epoch Times and NTD, can you do a talk “What can we learn from Epoch Times CFO Bill Guan’s case?” Bill Guan and Miles Guo were indicted by the same district court (Southern District of New York) and by the same prosecutor (Damian Williams) for similar charges ie money laundering, bank fraud etc.
