Overwatch has so much potential to become an amazing game. The problem is the people in charge are -kind of- very stupid.

I HAVE ADHD and Overwatch is addicting cause it gives me stimulation I crave cause there's so much going around as as support I see everything (mostly lol) and I'm just chasing the dopamine that comes from good games that just get me boiling. I don't even care if I win or lose in those games but it's so hard to find good matches these days

Valo and OW are played completely differently. Valo agents have more similarities in that they all have same health, use the same guns, and any of them can carry a team.
OW characters on the other hand are very clearly split into “healer” or “DPS” or “tank” roles and from videos I’ve seen players just tend to rush in (which would get you insta-killed in Valo)
Their only similarity basically is that they’re both online PvP games.

They're both not comparable. Val is a team game you can solo. Ow is a team game where you can't solo. If you have friends or don't mind getting a mix of good and bad teams why not just play both? If you don't have friends play val.

Also val coms are always fun

When it comes to lore, I would say Valorant would have to win. Valorant lore feels like a movie, with hidden Easter eggs, etc. Overwatch lore is “look it up, half of it makes no sense and doesn’t explain anything in-game” plus you can spend an hour researching Overwatch lore, but you can spend like 9 hours researching Valorant lore

Solo carrying is the exact reason I'm playing overwatch over siege right now. In some games, it takes absolutely no skill to carry, but you can't ever hope of winning a 1 v 5 in overwatch, regardless of luck
