Life is full of surprises, not only pleasant ones but also unpleasant ones. Someone attacked our chicken and tore off its side.
I also received two packages and I’ll show you what the viewers sent me.
Recipe for cottage cheese bagels:

- 200g cottage cheese (dry cottage cheese)
- 80g butter
~ 140g flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder (without slide)
~40g sugar
The cottage cheese must be dry. If the cottage cheese is wet, more flour will be needed.
Bake in a well-heated oven at 180°C for ~ 25 minutes. Baking time depends on the features of your oven.
