Welcome to our Athens MAXhub!

The Sitel Group MAXhub concept reimagines traditional contact centers as spaces where our agents can engage with each other, develop their skills and foster stronger links with the local community while absorbing our business culture.

MAXhubs are hybrid co-working venues dedicated to in-person collaboration, training and development, and employee engagement. Our Athens MAXhub is a true showcase of the Sitel Group “Work from Anywhere” workplace strategy. It was developed with a user-centric design approach, with our associates at the forefront of every decision. The layout follows the MAXhub activity-based zoning methodology, with each zone representing a distinct element of the associates’ journey, aiming to provide a great associate experience.

The Athens MAXhub layout and design was inspired by the local culture and the Greek Islands. The Mediterranean flavor was expressed through the color scheme, furniture, and material choices.

The local culture also inspired the 7 meters-long artwork created by the local artist Fikos as part of our Conversation at HeART initiative. Another noteworthy feature is the life-size car model is displayed in the reception area, as the Athens MAXhub is within the Hellenic Motor Museum building.
