Very sad indeed that so many people in each and every STATE are not even smart enough to move their vehicles to higher ground when flooding is expected. Instead, they look out their windows and watch the water get deeper and deeper and their minds are so clueless and blank that they do nothing and watch their vehicles being flooded.
