I took advantage of the sale too. Mine has the slag rattling around inside like yours does. I took the end caps off and it didn't allow the slag to escape. As you said, I'm getting used to it now so it doesn't bother me anymore and since I didn't pay full price I'll live with it . I agree that it is a fantastic bar.

Great review! I’ve had mine for about a year and a half, maybe two years. I agree with you on the slag and the sticker. I’m pretty sure I popped the ends off and got the slag out of mine though. I think if they would have shrunk the sticker down a little so it doesn’t wraps around the edge it would look better. I do like the paint though. Mine hasn’t worn at all and with some chalk it is grippy enough.

Excellent points- i also have this bar and i love it- the Elite FTS products are awesome- I think their SSYoke bar is absolutely unbelievable- I hated SS bars until i used that one.

Great review. Especially when comparing it to the Kabuki bar. I was wondering, you do a lot of interesting stuff on Instagram with lever arms that look amazing. Do you think you can do a series on YouTube as to the best exercises you can do with lever arms? And the best way to set up lever arms to correct for the problem with the resistance curve? There's no one else doing anything like that and there are plenty of people who have lever arms

What are your thoughts on using the two wider grips compared to the Kadillac bar in terms of balance? Theoretically the Kadillac should be more stable with the weight below the grips but it doesn’t sound like it was a big deal for you. Is it just Kabuki marketing hype or is there a meaningful difference?

Have you used this bar for overhead presses yet? If so what did you think of it?

The handles are too long for most men to grip comfortably secure without tendencies of bar to rotate when loaded with plates... A length of maybe 5" would be acceptable for most lifters who are not pressing more than 500# anyway (that's probably 90% plus of all buyers...). Maybe somebody higher up the food chain can whisper in in EliteFTs's ear to look into this improvement ('also makes bar cheaper and lighter for starters)... Otherwise I would purchase over the Bells of Steel competitor version...
