Maarja Nuut - Kargus

Here's the story of this song ... It was the 02.07.2016 in Scotland. Loch Buine Moire, which is a quite remote landscape. I was sitting in my car in my favourite country. It was a starry sky with not a single cloud and an overwhelming full moon.

I've never seen such a white moon before or after in my whole life.

I was listening to a BBC Scotland folk music programme while watching the sky and feeling really really small. And then they played this song. Never heard something similar before. It was the perfect song for this moment. Pure magic.

Back home I remembered this evening and this song and tried to find the estonian singer. It was really hard to find since the song I had heard wasn't on Youtube yet. But I was sure it was her. So I ordered the whole CD and there it was : Kargus !

Maybe you can't associate the same feelings with this song as I do.

But if you listen very carefully you will find the magic of this song, too :-)

Just breath taking video and music! First time I watched it I got goosebumps! It makes me feel close to nature, spiritual world and the nordic culture. I believe I have lived in the north in one of my previous lives
