1. Process Server
- This is the scariest person you ever want to meet
- Those are the people that ask you your name
- And hand you over some documents and say, you have been served

Now these Process Servers are Contractor
- And your job is to serve people with legal documents and make them aware that they just got sued or need to appear in court
- You can make anywhere from 35k to 60k
- And you have to very careful and strategic how you deliver these papers: make sure its public, make sure your nice and make your you are not memorable in any way

2. Starting a collection agency
- The idea is that when someone doesn’t pay and the bank wants to remove the debt from their books
- They sell you the debt and the rights and you can collect
- But you can buy debt for a quarter or even a nickel on the dollar ( meaning if you collect $1000 you could have easily paid $100-250 and make all that profit

Tip: depending on your state you will need some licensing and to join and association. But there will be a lot defaults coming in the future.

3. VA agency
- This is an idea I wish I had a few years ago
- But with more people working from home, more companies and employees will start to outsource some work
- If you start an agency with a competent contractor its a good way to make some money just making connections

- Not really a full-blown business but a good side hustle
- A lot of unemployment in the country means a lot of job searching in the next few months

- and when the workforce is working from home

- These are people that usually hired when someone is selling or buying a home and wants to inspect the property
- You will require training and to get a certificate
- But you can make around 450 per inspection and an average of 58k annually

Tip: And you can also use these skills to buy properties and build a portfolio

7. Property manager
- These are people that literally manage real estate for investor and usually just take a percentage of the rent
- You can between 40k on the low end to 150k and more on the high end
- Your fee will be between 6-12% of the rent of the property and you will basically be the landlord.

Tip: You can start small and then build up, If you have 10 property you manage that make $20k in total rent, that’s only $2400. companies usually higher a super and a handyman to take care of things and keep the difference.

8. Day Care/Day school ( even for a bit older kids )
- If a parent still need to work but kids are staying home
- Why not make a daycare facility that also includes tables and computer for online schools
- And this can also mean you can also have a center for younger teens also.

9. Moving Company
- I’m sure you’ve seen it on youtube
- A lot of people are starting to move out of expenses states and go to less expensive ones
- You can help make their move easier and start your moving company.
