FOR TWO
2pcs pear
300ml red wine
30g brown sugar
2pcs cinnamoc
1psc star anise

CREAM
70g mascarpone
70g sour cream
5g icing sugar

Peel the pears. Cut in half and remove the core. Add the rest to a small pot and bring to a boil. Let the pears poach on medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Make the cream by combining mascarpone, sour cream and icing sugar.

Garnish with walnut and rest of the red wine.

TIP: You can have a drink from the rest of the red wine, just add a few slices of orange.
