[Lyrics]
I am a magnet for broken pieces
I am attracted to broken people
I pick em up and now my fingers are bleeding
And it looks like my fault
And it looks like I’m caught
Red-handed

Hit over the head
Epiphany
Hit over the head
Repeatedly
Thick skull never did
Nothing for me
Same lesson again?
Come on
Give it to me

Only I know where all the bodies are buried
Thought by now I’d find em just a little less scary
Might get easier but you don't get used to it
Keep on autopilot
Hey
Hey
What’s the body count up to now captain?

Hit over the head
Epiphany
Over my head
Repeatedly
Thick skull never did
Nothing for me
Same lesson again?
Cmon
Give it to me

Come on out with your hands up
I’m coming out with my hands up

Hit over the head
Epiphany
Over my head
Repeatedly
Thick skull never did
Nothing for me
Same lesson again?
Cmon
Give it to me

I pick em up and now my fingers are bleeding
And it looks like I’m caught
Red-handed

Paramore evolving into a completely timeless art rock band is an evolution I'm here for

I think this is super symbolic in many ways. This is the last song on the album, which was their last album with their contract from Atlantic. The fact that they’re releasing this now after they’ve been silent for a few months when the contract ended is so loud in comparison. Here’s to bigger and better for Paramore ❤ they’ll never stop being my favorite band

The parallel of Hayley laying down in the same way she did in The Only Exception and mentioning the lesson she has had to learn over and over again. UHG SO GOOD

This could be the a movie soundtrack from the 90's.

I can see all of Paramore's history in this video! From Taylor and Zac driving the van, to the illusion that Paramore has just been Hayley. When in reality, Taylor and Zac have saved Hayley and Paramore several times. All the symbolism! All the dots connecting! Hayley holding other versions of herself while crying and indulging in this kind of energy! I'm getting emotional typing this. I will forever be grateful to Paramore for being so fvcking vulnerable and making amazing music. I LOVE YOU PARAMORE

The way they opened and closed the album with two perfect songs and now materialized that in the video, connecting these two moments kind of blew my mind. I love you guys sm!

The hoodie and converse are a throwback to her 2007-2009 fashion. Can’t believe next year is the 20th anniversary of All We Know Is Falling and this year it’s the 15th anniversary of Brand New Eyes.

I love how they just casually dropped this. Like oh yeah here you go… another masterpiece of our art. No big deal.

Everybody saying how good, how good, nobody mentioning how absolutely heart rending, soul piercing, and all encompassing it is. If you've known that pain, you'll feel her voice echo it through you.

this song was my number listened to song last year while I was recovering from a TBI (traumatic brain injury). I was the passenger in a car hit by a big SUV (drive and I are ok now) and this song meant a lot to me, 1) because I love paramore, and 2) a thick skull DID in fact did something for me. very emotional to see a rolled car with broken glass for this video, very fitting

Hayley as the "driving force" imagery for Paramore literally and metaphorically - genius. And the guilt and or embarrassment thats brought her and the figure head and holding her self as the "clown" version looking back at us screaming. I love this band. I love their minds. A beautiful video.

The van scenes are giving cinematic parallels with the Told You So MV. Another song reflecting how Z and T pull up for some of the darker moments. Repetition and consequences of your mistakes. This feels like a full circle.

This whole album saved my life. Thick Skull, Liar, Big Man Little Dignity… this album truly deserved all of the Grammy love it received.

there's something so serene and atmospheric about this video. obviously, there's this undercurrent of melancholy and malaise to some of the imagery to pair with the tone of the lyrics, but the shots just feel so disarmingly calm and allow the emotions to really soak in.
