There is actually one you missed. If you shoot the window to the bank lobby with an unsuppressed shotgun from spawn on the withdrawal, there is a chance that it will say, "Nine city blocks heard the noise [player] made!"

there is also another way to get detected: Steel Cove Assault in The Lakehouse. When you take too long, Steel Cove will track you and launch an assault.

Once when I was doing loud, I literally saw a citizen break through the side door in the withdrawal and run through the entire bank. Instead of stopping him, everybody went after ME instead.
