I was not a believer going into training camp. But after a couple pre-season games, seeing his composure, release, mobility and reading of defenses, I think we have a winner here. Not saying we are SuperBowl bound, but at least we have a chance to get back into the playoffs now. And just a note, the skill position groups are heavily underrated in Denver and with a decent QB, they are going to surprise a lot of people this year. I am really excited about heading into this season for the first time in years...

It’s wild when people say, “Oh he’s the sixth best QB because he was drafted sixth.” Like, no. You have no idea until they’re on the field.

After watching Bo Nix on every down he's played in the 2 preseason games he's been flawless! Solid play, looks confident, and simply moves the sticks instead of faltering, letting the play break down, scrambling and throwing up air balls instead of hitting wide open receivers over the middle for safe 1st downs like our previous QB the past 2 years.

This is more proof that the transfer portal can literally save your future career in the NFL. Russell Wilson transferred to Wisconsin, got drafted in the 3rd round and won a SuperBowl. Joe Burrow transferred to LSU, won a National Championship, drafted in the 1st round, and he went to a SuperBowl and had the biggest contract in NFL history at the time he signed it. Cam Newton transferred to Auburn, won a National Championship, made it to the SuperBowl, won MVP of the year, and made bank. Bo Nix transferred to Oregon after he graduated and didn't look that good at Auburn. At Oregon, he learns and turns into a great passer and it looks like that he might be able to keep it going in the NFL.

Imagine how many college players careers could have been saved had transferring been easier the whole time. It also shows that QBs that are graduate transfers really benefit from the extra time to learn in college.

The trade for Wilson was bad, but what made it a disaster of epic proportions was the contract without even half a season of play.

Big broncos fan, super excited for Nix. But let’s not forget that we were super hyping up Lock during preseason too

This is why Peyton left New Orleans. Because Loomis didn’t want to rebuild and Peyton did. So he basically quit and then moved to the other side of the United States. Hopefully When Dennis Allen fails, Klint Kubiak takes over and Starts Rattler within the next season or two. People need to understand the NFL has Changed drastically. Sean understood that. Loomis didn’t and still doesn’t.

Bo Nix does look good. Even tho the broncos are division rivals Im a football fan first and foremost. I’m excited to see what Sean Payton and Bo Nix can do and I wish them and the Broncos organization the best.

Been following Nix career for a few years, and have a feeling he'll be better than good. Can't wait to see how it plays out.

I love that everyone except Broncos Country forgets and ignores what having Timmy P back means to the offense

As a long time Broncos fan, Nix is a breath of fresh air that we desperately needed at QB. No he hasn't played a regular season game yet, and because we've been burned so bad, I'm still holding on to hope, but so far the guy certainly passes the eye test.

Nix was underestimated coming into the draft and he's underrated he's gonna be better than 95% of the analysts think

Having watched Bo Nix play in college, and if you just look at one stat -- 45 TDs vs 3 Ints, I could tell that Bo Nix was the real deal. I was delighted when 12 teams failed to place the proper value on Bo Nix. The Broncos look like a completely different offense with Bo Nix. That is, they look competent and efficient; this is something that we rarely, if ever, saw with Russel Wilson. It’s clear that Payton and Wilson just didn’t mix. The chemistry between them was always “off, ” and actually turned toxic toward the end of last season. Now, I do not think that the Broncs are Super Bowl bound this year. But, I do think that they will at least be competitive in all of their games this year. Overall, it is a very young team. Both Nix and the rest of the team will go through some growing pains. Mistakes will be made, games will be lost, but valuable lessons will also be learned along the way. Pure speculation, but I think that the Broncs could win 9 or 10 games. Let’s Ride!
