Not only do I love this song because of its great lyrics and Taylor's/Ed Sheerans vocals, but how it is a love song that does not have anything to do with drugs or breakups or sex or any of the nonsense we see today in most songs. Finding a song like this is pretty rare nowadays. I listen to this every day and I have no regrets.

I met this guy, he's 2 years younger than me. I don't know why but he captivated me from the first time I met him.

We both live in different worlds. I'm an extrovert and he's introverted. He tends to not care about what people think while I have insecurity problems and he can be quite immature while I'm -well mature.

Among these differences we found common ground and I was surprised that we actually share a lot in common when it comes with interests. He is a very secured person and he tore down his walls for me. He shows me that he cares even in the littlest things and I appreciate it. He makes me happy and this tiny sparks of emotions he ignites is enough for me.

We help each other in our shortcomings and sympathize with the other, but that's us as friends. I'm too much of a coward with confessions and knowing him, he isn't the type to make the first move.

Truth is, I'm scared. I'm scared of telling him what I actually feel. I'm scared that maybe this is all just me imagining that there's something more. I'm scared that maybe this emotions are just emotions and is just some kind of phase that will disappear as soon as it starts.

Plus, we usually just talk in the phone, but in real life, we're almost completely strangers because he's shy and I'm insecure. I just want to talk to him and not give a care in the world. I just want to take careful steps and not break my heart.

I want to enjoy this while it lasts, even if I'm a coward.
