for those who dont understand,

pepsi's ad is putting on a cola skin and saying "we wish you a scary halloween" so they are using cola as a scary costume and cola's response "everbody wants to be a hero" means that the costume is a hero

For those who don't understand: pepsi is saying happy halloween and wearing a coca-cola costume because coca-cola is the monster but the reason coca-cola is saying everybody wants to be a hero is because he's saying coca-cola is a superhero and pepsi wants to be them.
