I'm hunting for a black one for my upper waterline. The Milani one didn't work great for me. I will have to try the LA Girl! I've also heard the Julep pencil liner is a good one. Anyone have an opinion on it?

The Milani didn't work for me. I love the staying power of the Covergirl Exhibitionist liner, but its more of a vinyl gloss finish, and I want a matte finish. I will have to try LA Girl next. If anyone knows of a true dupe for the discontinued Marc Jacobs liner, you let a bitch know.
