It’s funny how many people including myself have been put into this role … and to be honest you kinda have to learn on you’re own
The key is to be clear and be ahead of everyone for the cues
Give heaps of cues so everybody is on the same page
But not too much to put the worship leader off

Having a great mix in you’re ears is vital

I wish I was on the stage with this guy back in the day so I could of learned from him

Yes, LJ certainly made a mistake at 5:35, but watch how fast he recovers. I've been playing live music for the better part of 40 years, and I can tell you that there isn't a musician alive that hasn't made mistakes while playing. It's not whether you will make a mistake or not, it's when, and the key is to recover quickly - and LJ did exactly that. That's the sign of a real pro. Well done, LJ.
