Skyfall was a cinematic treat. I loved every second of it. I'm not really a James Bond person but holy shit that movie blew me away.

Quantum of Solace seems out pf place.. Very short.. Average story.. Shaky cam.. That's just different from Casino Royale or Skyfall, and probably Spectre too since it is also directed by Sam Mendes.

Skyfall and Casino Royale are the best Bond films I've seen but Skyfall wins since it feels more like a Bond movie and less like a Bourne film.

As a fan of Bond for half of my life (I'm 20), Skyfall exceeded my expectations, it really is a gem, it stands up with Casino Royale and Goldfinger easily

I just watched Skyfall for the first time! I was glued to the screen the entire time. The story is really well told and the cinematography is beautiful

@Scarecrow76 I completely agree, I adored Dalton after having watched all the Roger Moore's. Complete breath of fresh air. Licence to Kill is one of my favorites.

I honestly think this is peak Craig's Bond movie. Everything was almost perfect imo. The opening sequence, the song, the cinematography, the acting... All are awesome.

One of the themes that I enjoyed the most was the constant reference to Bond as an Agent being irrelevant in this modern age, I couldn't help but think that it was also raising the question of if Bond as a Movie was still relevant today. With the stunning cinematography (especially the Highland finale), the way that the story really cracked into Bond's icy assassin and revealed the human beneath (without completely castrating him), and Javier Bardem as a sympathetic psychopath extraordinaire...

I am a James Bond FANATIC... I agree with you 100 percent, this film by far is one of, if not the best Bond of them all..  I stayed with my mouth wide open, speechless. Great review.
