Twisting the ground wires is ok in a panel install but don't twist the hot wires and neutrals like that. Electricians everywhere are cringing. Also, that's a really nice flat spot that you made on the drill bits but you might want to turn them while you're sharpening them for best results.

When he put that tap in that drill, I couldn’t stop laughing... please NEVER use a drill to tap a hole. Always do it by hand.

Whenever you use a tapping tool, oil should be applied to the hole and tapper and the tool used slowly. Rule of thumb: two turns down, one turn back, repeat.

For the love of Jeff. Do not use that wire stripping bit. There is such a thing as over tightening wires together, and it results in it breaking off in the wire nut making a loose connection.

Ha! try #4 on some steel. You'll be destroying your tap pretty quick.
You need thread cutting oil and a tap handle to go at it slowly...and to reverse direction every three turns to clear the cuttings from the threads.
Sometimes, Old School works best.

2:00 they have a drill bit and threader in the same tool now, it's a drill on the front of the bit and a tap just behind it 👍

That "universal socket" has been around for decades. It originally sold under the name of Gator Grip. I even had one as part of a multi-tool. Every few years somebody trips across one at the hardware store and publicizes it, as in this video, like it's something new.
