Lewis has a short memory, changge 7:40 rules when he's had his dominance..
His outburst is mad, RB did a better job. Of course the penalty for red bull affected them, if they did not have their penalty, RB would be further ahead. The penalty is holding them back from totally running away with it.
Let's give an example about penalties. 2021 British GP, Louis punts Max out of the GP. Louis was deemed at fault and was penalised. The time penalty was still a penalty, but the car was fast, Mercedes had did a better job.
